McCanns just signed rental agreement on gated luxury villa in Praia da Luz. The property is worth millions. Are they too famous for their middle class apartment.

I think that PRIVICY has no influence on the project. As already has been seen from the accompanying this villa is located in the very nature of a lake .. ,it’s very functional -I think it’s great project done.
Form of the villas as well as material that is used in the construction of the emphasis is placed on the nature and the environment of the object itself. For me,personally, forms of internal walls resemble the waves of sea(lake) … it’s great …

Its at the top of a cliff on an island- theres no houses for miles around it- and the only way to get to it is by helicopter. It would be very hard for peeping toms to get close enough to see inside:)
Where’s the tv?
Maybe if there was a way to tint the windows, some lighting trick. Then I wouldn’t, you know, be paranoid that people could see me naked. Stalkers in particular.
There planning on building it on a Island here in New Zealand- just across the water from me. Lots of controversy over it though- council regulations- locals complaining etc. I really hope they do build it.

I don’t see the need for 3 bathrooms and 6 bathtubs.
and the glass bathrooms let you enjoy the beautiful scene outside while those outside can enjoy the wonderful scene within.
