Question by Tim: Can anyone recommend a good family resort in the Midwest? Ideally something with cabin rentals on a lake.?
My family and I (wife, 3 kids- ages 7, 5, and 3) are planning our Summer vacation and we are looking for family resorts in the Midwest (we are in Chicago) where we can spend a week. We would like a place that offers plenty of kids activities and a lake with water sports. Nice to haves would be a American Plan, lake side cabin rentals, and motor boat rentals.
