Are there any luxury vacation house rentals on the east coast available to adults under the age of 25 that are actually nice beachfront houses? Like are there any available to us with like 6+ bedrooms and bathrooms? I’m tired of taking dives just because we’re under the age of 25.

Unfortunately, the age restriction is often set by the insurance company. They know the risks of renting to college students, just like car rental companies put limits on their drivers. Keep looking, and also look for property that someone you know might be able to rent to you if they know you are responsible.
