I want to bake and decorate cakes to sell as a home based business in Harris County. I know the laws vary from county.I have looked but I can only find information for “mobile food units” and “fixed structures” nothing about private home bakeries. Does anyone know a link or a number, I just need to know if I can even obtain a liscense, and what are the requirements to do so,seperate kitchen, oven, seperating wall etc.??? I want so much to start my business but I need to learn the legalities of it first.
Oh and I live in Harris County, Texas
