Hello all, please could anyone tell me where would be the best place to be looking for a private villa rental, within reach of the parks in Orlando, there is only 3 ( all adults) of us but we would like to be within walking distance from the beach (the closer the better) and within 10km of the parks also we would like a pool, any one out there who could help?

The nearest beach from Orlando is about an hours drive. So it depends on what you want to be close to-beach or parks.

You don’t need to choose a hotel in the BVI when you can stay at Katitche Point Greathouse on Vitgin Gorda, an absolutely top luxury vacation villa.

Katitche Point Greathouse is simply an outstanding, very very exclusive small luxury resort on Virgin Gorda. All it consists of is four bedroom suites, and one master bedroom suite and it sits on a rocky outcrop above the spectacular Mahoe Bay, one of the most beautiful beaches in the British Virgin Islands.

Two overlook Savannah Bay and Virgin Gorda’s Valley, whilst the other two have a view of the Dog Islands and Mango Bay. They are quite superbly furnished and the bathrooms have all the toiletries you would expect.

The Master Bedroom Suite is more private, slightly higher and a short distance away from the other buildings. It has a bathing area with a deep marble tub, even a koi pond, a shower, and a superb sun deck. It is a real corner of paradise and very difficult to leave even to go exploring.

The full service option includes a housekeeper who will take care of breakfast and lunch, and if you don’t want to go out and visit the delightful restaurants nearby, then there is the use of your own private chef, leaving you to dine on the terrace enjoying the incredible sunsets. For the perfect honeymoon spot, the Master Bedroom Suite at Katitche Point Greathouse takes a lot of beating.

The Horizon Pool with its spectacular views looks even better than the photographs, and they look pretty good, and it is easy to see why this luxury vacation villa has featured so frequently in so many top travel magazines all over the world.

Another extremely good feature is the comprehensive guide not only to the villa, but also filled with great ideas of what to do and where to go in the BVI on this particular luxury vacation. Are there any luxury vacation house rentals on the east coast available to adults under the age of 25 that are actually nice beachfront houses? Like are there any available to us with like 6+ bedrooms and bathrooms? I’m tired of taking dives just because we’re under the age of 25.

Unfortunately, the age restriction is often set by the insurance company. They know the risks of renting to college students, just like car rental companies put limits on their drivers. Keep looking, and also look for property that someone you know might be able to rent to you if they know you are responsible.
