  1. It depends who you buy it from and the exact location,
It can go anywhere from 30K to a few Mill.

  2. one word… ALOT…oh no wait, that’s two words! lol Guancaste is definitely the most expensive coastal real estate area in the country, and living there will not come cheap. Be prepared to pay upwards of $500 sq meter for most property near the beach or with a great view. You can get a pretty good idea online… I truly doubt you’ll find something for less than $150,000…but you never know…you could get lucky!

  3. Really it depends (place, area, beach front, topografy). I’m not a real state agent, but I have information of a lot of properties that may be will interest you. (I’m from Costa Rica, sorry for my english). You can contact me at david.barquero@yahoo.com

You can also look at my web page http://www.bestofcostaricarealty.com, there are some of the properties I have, then you can email me if you are interested.

    Good luck!
